Job Description

The candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining the company’s sales and business development activities. The candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, primarily within the pharmaceutical and freight-forwarding industries. The Specialist will report to the Director of Business Development-US & Canada, as well as the General Manager-Americas A comprehensive training schedule will be provided at our Americas facility in Greenville, SC. It’s critical that the Specialist understand the nature of our business and customers.


  • Implement effective sales and business development strategies for all assigned accounts.
  • Effective manage existing accounts but focus on growing new business.
  • Work efficiently with Business Development, Customer Service, Technical and Operation teams to assure comprehensive success.


  • Ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales or business development roles.
  • Candidate will be a self-starter that works well on their own and often without direct supervision.
  • Candidate will also possess a can-do attitude and constantly pursue success.
  • Specialist will need to work well in cross functional team environments.
  • Clear communication skills are vital to success in the role.
