Job Description

Vikor Scientific is a molecular pathogen laboratory headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina with a laboratory in Philadelphia, PA as well.  We are currently looking for a Patient Communication Medical Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Patient communication
  • Demonstrate a friendly, compassionate demeanor to ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented, organized, and diligent
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate and be able to operate Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
