Job Description

The Greenwood Genetic Center has immediate opening for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Clinical Geneticists at the Assistant or Associate Level on our main campus in Greenwood.

The responsibilities of the position will include patient care (inpatient and outpatient consultations), collaboration with our diagnostic laboratories, and teaching of genetic counseling students, medical students, and residents. There will also be an opportunity to participate in clinical research at a nationally and internationally acclaimed institution. The GGC provides a unique culture integrating clinical, diagnostic laboratory, education and research divisions into a dynamic and stimulating genetics team providing services across South Carolina and beyond. MD or MD/PhD candidates who are ABMG board-certified/eligible in Clinical Genetics and qualified for licensure in the State of South Carolina are encouraged to apply. Board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics is also preferred.
